If any of the items you have received are unsuitable you may send them back and
we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We ask that you do this within 10 days
of purchase. Please note that returns are accepted provided they are in their original
condition with tags attached.
Returned items can either be posted to us, or returned to our Buckden shop.
To return an item to the shop:

Complete the returns form and enclose it within your returns parcel.

Hand the parcel to one of our Sales Consultants who will ensure that the parcel
is returned to our Online department to be processed.
Please note that refunds will not be made at the time of returning the parcel. This
is because we stock different styles in our shop and on-line, and we manage the
two areas separately. However, we hope that for some of our customers the ability
to return directly to the shop will make life easier.
To return an item by post:

Complete the returns form and enclose it within your returns parcel.

Affix the pre-printed returns address label to your parcel and post it back to us.
(Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of returning items)

For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that
insures you for the value of the goods as the items are your responsibility until
they reach us.
Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear
in your account.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above statements.
