Really successful fashion show on Saturday, and some very positive feedback from those who attended. Can't believe it's only another four weeks until the longest day so fingers crossed for a heatwave so we can all wear our summer clothes.

Had a great training run yesterday in early morning sunshine but this weeks schedule looks really tough - long reps and hill work as well as strength and conditioning. Oh well, I love it really!
