RETURNS AND REFUNDS - ONLINE PURCHASES

Please return unsuitable items bought through our online shop to us, and we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We ask that you do this within 10 days of purchase. Please note that returns are accepted provided they are in their original condition with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returned items can either be posted to us, or returned to our shop along with a completed returns form.  All returns made to our shop will be passed to our online department for processing. Please note that refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

NB. Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges
Please follow the Returns procedure above for any items you wish to exchange. If a different item is required, please purchase it separately via the website. You will be refunded for the original item, but you will not be charged a second time for delivery.

Faulty/Incorrect items
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. You will also need to state whether you wish to be sent a replacement or a refund. Please return faulty items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.
